Jack Kemp, the one-time vice-presidential nominee and self-described "bleeding-heart conservative," died at age of 73 victim of cancer.
One hopes he espouses conservative values in heaven and have fun with Ronald Reagan and fellow bleeding heart conservatives. Have a bowl fellow.
